Graphic design is process of visual communication, and by the use of the type, space, image color, and problem-solving.
The field is considered to be a subset of the design of communication and visual communication, but sometimes the term "graphic design" is used interchangeably with them, because of the overlap in question skills. Graphic designers use different methods to create and combine words, symbols and images to create a visual representation of ideas and messages. A designer can combine typography, visual arts and page layout techniques to use to produce a final result. Graphic design often refers to both the process (design) over which the communication will be created and the products (drawings) that are generated.
Common uses of graphic design include identity (logos and trademarks), publications (magazines, newspapers and books), print ads, posters, billboards, website and graphics, signs and product packaging. For example, a product package includes a logo or other artwork, organized text and pure design elements such as images, shapes and colors to unify the piece. Composition is one of the most important characteristics of the graphic design, in particular with the use of already existing materials or various elements.
